This report describes activities and progress of year two of the RPG2 projects (October 1, 2013 - September 30, 2014) in three areas: (1) how Mathematica prepared to obtain cross-site evaluation data from RPG2 projects; (2) Mathematica's provision of evaluation-related technical assistance; (3) how the loss of several projects from the impact study will affect the statistical power of the study. Implications and next steps for the cross-site evaluation are also included.
