2012 and 2014 Regional Partnership Grants to Increase the Well-Being of and to Improve the Permanency Outcomes for Children Affected by Substance Abuse: Third Annual Report to Congress

This report provides a picture of the implementation of evidence-based programs (EBPs) in RPG2. Specifically, it describes the context in which RPG2 projects were implemented, implementation quality of selected EBPs, and challenges projects experienced. The report also presents a snapshot of participants enrolled in RPG3 projects.
