This report describes the activities of the RPG3 and RPG4 grant programs and presents selected evaluation findings. It summarizes findings from the RPG3 cross-site evaluation partnership study and discusses the alignment of program implementation with implementation best practices. This report also introduces the RPG4 partnerships and summarizes elements of the emerging re-design of the national cross-site evaluation in the first year of the RPG4 grants.
